We need an extra help at reception in an amazing hostel in Sicily!

I loved my time spent volunteering at the hostel! I met a lot of great people from all over the world and got to experience the European summer as a local, and being that near the beach was ideal! As part of the reception team, my tasks included checking guests in and out and keeping the general areas clean and ready to be used; the shifts were five hours long with one day off each week. The shifts were divided into morning, afternoon and evening and the five-hour limit is respected by the hosts.

I had such a lovely first time volunteering experience here at the hostel! The work was easy to pick up and the hours and responsibilities were always respected. The area is close to the beach so I spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling! Also, the food around the hostel is amazing :))

I had a great experience at the hostel! The only downside was I was the only volunteer there for a month, luckily I had some friends in town, but during off season there typically isn't any other volunteers. I learned a lot of sicilian culture and the hostel and Graziella did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed. Getting around to Taormina and Catania is a simple bus ride away that picks up right in front of the Hostel! I would definitely recommend this project to anyone who wants to learn more about Sicilian culture and see incredible views of the Etna!

I had a wonderful time in the hostel, both the hostel and Graziela are amazing and kind people. The best part of the experience was being able to meet people from all over the world, we had such an amazing environment between guests and volunteers, and we did everything together. I would like to thank Graziela and the hostel for having me and I'm definitely coming back to visit the hostel and the city!

Best summer ever! You meet the most fun coworkers and guests at this job! The location is amazing, Giardini Naxos is a small beach town, but you can take a short bus to Taormina if you want a bigger city. The staff room had air conditioning which was amazing! The hours are good and I had enough time to take an online course for my university while I was there. There is a lot to do around Sicily on your day off, or if you have a morning or night shift, too. Overall this was an amazing experience I will never forget, grazie mille the hostel and Graziella! I miss it already

I spent a wonderful 2 months at the hostel. It was my first Worldpackers job and I really enjoyed it. the hostel and Graziella were very helpful and kind to both the staff and the guests. I was also able to try out many of the programs. I met a lot of local people and every day at the hostel I got to meet new people and party with people from all over the world. The work itself was easy to learn and simple, and I got to go to a lot of places on the island. I can only recommend it!!!

The hostel was an amazing place, experience, the location is perfect, is very local and pretty, we are 5 minutes away from the beach, the prices around are good, work is very light. Graziella and the hostel are very lovely people, very understanding, they are warm and welcoming, the other staff are volunteers as well and they are very lovely, the hostel as a great vibe, they have a rooftop! The rooms are very nice, clean and have air conditioner, the hostel give us some food wich is awesome!!! I miss the hostel a lot. And I will definitely recommend you to go and have a great time

I had an amazing stay at the hostel. It's the perfect place to meet people from all over the world and make real friends. I have wonderful memories of this August in Sicily. The work was easy to understand and accomplish. We had plenty of free time to explore Sicily, an island that has so much to show and offer. the hostel et Graziella are incredibly kind, and I thank them for everything. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to go on excursions, party in Taormina, and enjoy the slow life in Giardini Naxos every day.

I had a great time at the hostel! The work is easy and Graziella and the hostel make you feel very welcome. You have enough time to explore the area as well as some nearby cities. I met a lot of fun and interesting people from all over and three was always someone to spend time with. The other volunteers were great.

It was truly the best experience I had travelling abroad. Work is easy and the hostel and Graziella are very welcoming and helpful. I loved my time spent in Sicily thanks to this opportunity and I will never stop recommending this place, these people. the hostel is the best!
