We are a hostel located in the middle of Ecuador, which makes Baños a meeting point for travelers from around the world. The town has many activities and places to offer, like trekking, canyoning, zip-lining, hot springs and more, as well as a chill and safe vibe that makes everyone feel like home. The concept of the hostel is to create an atmosphere to make everyone feel like home away from home, creating spaces to meet new people. Come help us!

Pulizia: Aiuta a pulire la cucina, le camere da letto, i bagni e le aree comuni.

Pulizia camere: Aiuta con il cambio della biancheria da letto e le pulizie generali.

Turno di Notte: Aiuta con i compiti del turno di notte e crea un ambiente rilassante per gli ospiti.

Reception: Aiuta con check-in, check-out e assistenza agli ospiti.

Dettagli del programma

The job that needs to be done is quite simple and it is divided in 2 main activities: Help us work at reception helping us with the check ins/ check outs (Night option, as a special shift), giving guests all the information needed, always having a smile on your face!
For both of the options we need people that speak English and a basic Spanish (at least), this would make so much easier to communicate with the team and the guests.
We always ask to the volunteers to stay at least 2 weeks, while they learn and practice all the process from the hostel, but everyone is always welcome to stay longer and enjoy all the things that Baños offers if they want it!
