Eu realmente adorei fazer esse voluntáriado, tanto que aumentei meus dias por aqui. a cidade é incrível e a equipe do hostel melhor ainda. Raul é super prestativo, atencioso e está sempre disponível a ajudar. Geordias também, sempre disponível a ajudar. super recomendo. os hóspedes são incríveis e adoram conversar e compartilhar experiências. o hostel está no coração deo hostel, então tudo é absolutamente perto.

Desculpa não ter feito Avaliação, mas fomos prolongando a estadia e não me apercebi que já não seria possível. De qualquer modo fica aqui o registo, como gestor do espaço que o teu desempenho foi 5 ESTRELAS.

Minha experiência no Hostel o hostelfoi extremamente positiva, a equipe me recebeu muito bem, sempre dispostos a ensinar e orientar em qualquer dúvida. Sentirei muito saudades do Raul, da Andreia, da Maria e da Adriana, excelente grupo para trabalhar e pessoas extraordinárias para compartilhar vivências. Tive oportunidade de conhecer outras voluntárias, Crislaine e a Anne com quem pude dividir estes momentos. O hostel possui uma excelente gestão, limpeza, ótima localização e segurança. Um ótimo ambiente para voluntariado, rico em diversidade cultural

O CTW Hostelo hostel é um lugar confortável. Equipe é simpática!Os pontos positivos desse anfitrião são: comodidade (hostel novo), localização e o fato de terem equipe de limpeza, recepção e gestão. Isso é positivo porque a/o voluntária/a não precisa se responsabilizar pelo hostel e o programa de voluntários não tira empregos.Os pontos negativos são o fato de não haver uma escala de trabalhos para os colaboradores.Durante minha estadia um voluntário deixava seu trabalho para os colegas. Seria bom que ofecessem o pequeno-almoço aos voluntários.Aprendi muito sobre hotelaria no CTW!Gratidão!

Apesar de ser um hostel novo, os nossos voluntários, que fazem parte da equipa do CTW, sempre se esforçaram para manter o hostel organizado, limpo e acolhedor e por isso muito temos de agradecer-lhes.
De facto, todos eles sempre se organizavam entre si tranquilamente e eram bastantes flexíveis nos horários, inclusive quando a Marinete ausentou-se durante 2 semanas, o nosso voluntário conseguiu assegurar e portanto, nunca achávamos que seria necessário sermos nós a criar escalas. Tomaremos isso em consideração.

They help you in everything you need. the hostelhostelhostel is fantastic andthe hostel hostelhostelcity is so beautiful. You have a lot of free time to explore and enjoy it. the hostelhostelwork to be done is very pleasant. I learned a lot about reception. I totally recommend this place.
