I had a great experience at the hostel and would highly recommend it to both volunteers and guests. Bianca and the team are very welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. I helped with bartending when the weather allowed, which was a fun way to practice Spanish, be a bit of a DJ by selecting music for the vibes, and connect with guests. Even during the quieter winter season, the hostel was comfortable and well run. Wishing the team a successful year — hope to visit again in the summer!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue corta pero muy hermosa. El hostel es precioso, cómodo y muy tranquilo. Las tareas en el bar eran relajadas y el ambiente siempre fue agradable. Me sentí muy a gusto y cuidada. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

The hostel felt like home from day one. The connection with the team and the other volunteers was truly special , one that continues even after the volunteering experience. The tasks were fair, well-organized, and carried out in a relaxed and respectful atmosphere. This experience helped me grow as a person and expand my perspective. It's rare to find a hostel with such an authentic vibe and strong sense of community. I will definitely come back soon. ❤️🙏🏽🔥

Eu nem sei por onde começar de tanta coisa maravilhosa! Primeiramente não cheguei muito bem no hostel e fui de cara acolhido por todos e isso nunca vou esquecer! A Bianca e o Daniel foram muito pacientes comigo. Sobre o trabalho: é super tranquilo e flexível, muito divertido e com a possibilidade de aprender outros idiomas. Inclusive estão sempre prontos pra ouvir e deixar a estadia mais tranquila pro voluntario! O hostel tem uma estrutura incrível. Banheiros limpíssimos, roupa de cama impecável, cozinha super equipada, perfeito! Enfim, agradeço imensamente tudo que vive lá e quero voltar!

En el hostel encontré no sólo un hogar, una familia, y hermosas conexiones personales. En el hostel pude expandir mi ser, mi arte, mi esencia, mi alma. Siempre me sentí valorada, escuchada, considerada y apoyada. El equipo es un 100, y el hostel es el mejor que he conocido en mi vida. Mi voluntariado oficialmente culmina, pero mi corazón, mis manos y mi amor perduran aquí en Estepona y en el hostel. Gracias Bian, gracias staff, gracias compañer@s, salgo de esta experiencia siendo mucho mejor persona. Gracias totales.

I liked this experience. I met a lot of wonderful people. Tasks were elementary, and everything was like agreed. I recommend coming to the hostel if you are a social person and want to connect with spiritual people. Thanks all in the hostel, me voy con el corazón bien llenito :)

Yu es una persona encantadora, con una energía muy bonita y siempre con buena onda. Fue un gusto tenerla con nosotros, ayudó muchísimo en el bar y siempre podiamos contar con ella. También es súper simpática, divertida y responsable.

Verenera will forever be a home to me, every person who works there are incredible people and I will always consider them my family. Bianca runs an amazing hostel, every detail of the hostel is considered and well thought out. This makes it a great volunteer experience as well as guest experience. I would highly recommend Verenera to anyone who would like to explore a beautiful relaxing town in south Spain and who are open to learning about the local culture as well as the cultures of the staff.

The hostel fue mi primer voluntariado y no pude haber elegido una mejor opción. El hostel se volvió mi casa, mis compañeros se volvieron familia. Nunca me hubiera imaginado una experiencia tan increíble. Bianca es la mejor de todas. Sólo palabras de agradecimiento para este lugar que fue mágico 🫶🏼✨

My stay at the hostel in Estepona has been an absolute dream! The hostel is super beautiful with stunning views, super cozy and clean accommodation. Everyone at the hostel has been so incredibly welcoming and warm, making me feel like part of the family from the start. As a volunteer, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the hostel welcoming atmosphere and connect with travellers from around the world. I highly recommend the hostel to anyone seeking a memorable and inclusive experience in Estepona and loves to connect with people. Thank you so much for everything ☀️🧡🌊
