Excelente experiencia. Fue mi primer voluntariado y me senti realmente muy comodo, conocí personas super amables, las tareas son sencillas, el lugar es tranquilo y limpio. Fueron muy flexibles con los horarios. Practiqué mucho mi inglés y quede encantado con la paz y la naturaleza de Leticia. Recomiendo mucho este voluntariado!

This was my first volunteering experience and it was absolutely incredible, the staff is really welcoming ,everyone has a really great vibe and makes you feel at home, about the work, the jungle tours are something else, the work in reception is not too hard and they give you an introduction , Julio always tried to organize our shifts in a way that we could get to know more in Leticia and it's surroundings and the rest days were as agreed, the facilities are really nice and the pool is amazing , I totally recommend this experience and I'm really grateful to have met all of the staff 💗

This was a truly superb experience. Owners, manager, staff, volunteers, travellers, the place, the tours, everything adds up to an amazing experience. I felt well taken care of, communication was great, the hostel and its people are beautiful. Only words of love and gratitude to you, I hope you keep growing and become even better!

Hay súper buena onda en el hostal, tanto los propietarios como el encargado los compañeros es como una familia todos nos ayudamos, me he sentido súper acogida. Los tours son increíbles he disfrutado un monton. Son muy auténticos y se aprende mucho, merece la pena sin lugar a dudas :)

This was my first volunteering and I couldn't be happier. I 100% recommended this place, the staff and owners were lovely, attentive, flexible and welcoming. I have fell in love with Leticia and the hostel is now a second home. I'll definitely be back!

Mi primer voluntariado en el hostel fue más que satisfactorio ,empezando por la calidad humana de los anfitriones y de los que trabajan con ellos, el lugar es fascinante, tiene una piscina fantástica ,lugares de esparcimiento y la alcoba de voluntarios cumple con las espectativas. Las actividades que cumple el voluntario son sencillas y agradables , en mi caso estuve en recepción ,lugar en donde pude practicar mi poco inglés 😂 pero uno queda con la satisfacción de probarse a uno mismo ,tuve la fortuna de poder ir a un tour ,cosa que me encanto y por la cual quedaré agradecido.

Jota y José son excelentes personas y siempre están dispuestas a ayudarte. Los touress en la jungla son geniales, debes tener buen estado físico pero la experiencia es genial. Un excelente voluntariado y sin dudarlo repitiera un voluntariado en este mismo lugar. Gracias por todo

This is the best volunteering experience I've had by a wide margin. The guests are really cool and the hostel is popular so you will have a good time working reception but it is not difficult work at all. The tours are outstanding, really highlights, and they made sure all volunteers got opportunities to go on tours as translators. The only thing I would say is make sure you advocate for yourself about scheduling if you want more than one day off at a time—they will respect your requests but you may be asked to work reception without much advance notice from time to time.

Es difícil describir en palabras la experiencia tan increíble que se puede tener en the hostel; Jota y Jose, así como el equipo del hostel, son personas con una energía muy positiva y te dan la bienvenida como a un amigo más para explorar y acercarte a la cultura local; las tareas son sencillas y los tours son divertidos, definitivamente te dan una the hostel mejores experiencias para acercarte a la selva y aprender de los guías; el lugar está bien limpio, el ambiente es agradable y te dan ganas de quedarte ahí para siempre, toda una aventura que espero poder repetir pronto.
