Foi o meu primeiro voluntariado e, com certeza, aprendi muito sobre mim. Tive a oportunidade de conhecer e me conectar com pessoas incríveis. Além de tudo o lugar é lindo e tem uma vista deslumbrante! Ajudei na pizza party, e foi uma delícia. Fred é um ser à parte: está sempre se esforçando para dar o seu melhor em tudo o que faz, nos levou a passeios, e seus filhos são encantadores. Sou muito grata pelo tempo que passei no projeto e vou levar todos no meu coração

I had a great time at Fred's place. Got the opportunity to learn lots and lots of things, might it be the concept or the techniques. I am grateful for the time i spent there and the bonds created with the people i met. It is a great place and Fred is great! Until next time

I had an amazing time at Fred's eco project. He respected the agreed working hours, provided really good food, and I learned a lot of new things. We did many interesting tasks — while some of the work could get quite repetitive at times, overall, I have a very positive view of the experience. Fred is friendly and genuinely wants to get to know you.

I loved staying here, all the people are really nice and made me feel welcome. The work was tiring but after lunch there was all the time to relax or making my plans.

Foi incrível !! Pude conhecer pessoas de muitas nacionalidades, praticar inglês, me conectar com locais, e saber um pouco sobre a cultura de cada um deles. O Fred foi super tranquilo e flexível, explicava sobre as tarefas que deveriam ser feitas no dia, as vezes nos levava para passeios, festas pela zona de Castelo de Vide. Foi mesmo tudo incrível:)!! O trabalho foi duro algumas vezes, mas a dificuldade nos fortalece. Minha experiência foi incrível!

Tive uma ótima primeira experiência como voluntariado com o Fred. Atencioso, paciente em explicar as atividades, gentil com toda a equipe. Ele lidera uma pequena comunidade, seu senso de liderança é impressionante conseguindo dar atenção para todos igualmente em diferentes línguas. Ele provém ótima comida!o projeto é linda, bem natural, com uma paisagem e um por o projeto incríveis. Castelo de Vide é próxima à Quinta para quem quiser explorar fora. Infelizmente por conta da fuso horário do Brasil não pude ficar porque impossibilitou meu trabalho remoto por questões de instalação e internet.

Minha experiência no projeto foi ótima!! Fred foi muito acolhedor e sempre disposto a compartilhar seu conhecimento e suas experiências. Lidera a equipe de forma organizada e é muito paciente para explicar as tarefas, o que nos deixa confortáveis em realizá-las. o projeto é um lugar lindo, que proporciona grande conexão com a natureza. Infelizmente, precisei sair antes do combinado pela dificuldade de acesso à internet, já que precisava conciliar o trabalho na Quinta com os trabalhos do Brasil. Recomendo muito a experiência! Apesar de só por uma semana, valeu muito a pena!!!

If you're lucky and worthy of staying you'll have a great time! Unfortunately it wasn't my case and me and the host didn't connect at all. Was supposed to stay 3 weeks, ended up being there 5 days because he kicked me out. He also cancelled 2 other people the day before they were coming all because he hadn't organized the stay of the volunteers. The food and the place itself is great but I felt uncomfortable and not wanted from the first minute. He will maybe respond saying i wasn't equiped for the tasks which is just a lie, i gave my everything, he just disliked me and wasn't organized.
