The hostel is a great place to volunteer! All the work is exactly what is listed! You get a day off about once every two weeks but other than that it was a great experience ! Met lots of great people

The other volunteers were wonderful and i loved living and working with all of them. Richard, the owner was also super cool and nice. However, the manager Bob was tempermental and quite frankly made a lot of us feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions.

The hostel was a wonderful experience! From the hostel itself with its bohemian and eclectic vibe, to the fun and caring staff Bob and Rich, and the other amazing volunteers I was able to meet! the hostel is about a 15-20 min walk away from the city center and also close to some fun pubs, museums and gardens.

I was only at the hostel for 4 weeks. This was the most fun, amazing, incredible, life lesson learning time of my life. The hosts Rich and Bob are absolutely chill, amazing, professional, and just awesome people. First time doing WorldPackers and traveling full time in Europe. This was an amazing stepping stone for hostel stays and volunteering at hostels. This was the most fun I've had in my life. I love Belfast, the hostel, and the people I have met there eternally now. Rich, Bob, and my fellow volunteers started out as strangers but quickly became what I consider friends for life. Peace💕

The hostel was very good and friendly the staff were lovely and welcoming I had a lovely place to sleep very cozy the job was easy and fulfilling, this was my first worldpackers experience and would go again. X

The hostel is a very homey and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Bob, the manager, is easy to talk to and very helpful when it comes to getting settled into the routine, and the work hours were as described. The fellow staff members during my stay were lovely, and there is always something you can find to occupy your time! There is an expectation to hang out with and entertain guests, which is a good opportunity to meet new people from all over the world, and there is always time to take for yourself. I would highly recommend a stay at the hostel :)

This was my first worldpackers experience and it was awesome! The work was pretty chill and exactly as agreed upon and we were left with a lot of time to explore the city. Bob was super welcoming and made it a very comfy time!

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel! The work was easy and matched what was agreed before I started. The other volunteers were all lovely and I made some great friends while I stayed. The owner and manager are also great, I felt very welcomed when I arrived and they made my time here very fun. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first experience abroad and i have to thank Bob a lot for the opportuniy he gave me. The job is simple and fluid and moreover you have a lot of time to spend with people or visit the city. The Hostel is cool with all the things for cooking and living well. Hope to see you again. Matteo
