We're currently looking for new general Crew at our BRUNSWICK hostel.
This role is mainly about cleaning and includes morning, afternoon and weekend cleaning shifts. You will also perform office duties, take rent payments and check in guests. Also you will help create an inclusive culture of shared experiences in a easy going and open minded culture while maintaining a Clean, Safe and Fun place to live.

Dettagli del programma

Please note the following:
- We require at least 4 weeks guaranteed continuous availability to consider you for this position
- Every hour you work we credit you $24 off the cost of your following week's accommodation
- Therefore, all guests must pay their first week's rent upon check-in to the hostel
- We guarantee to provide at least 4 hours work a week, with the intention of providing 12 hours.
- If your credits amount to less than your full week's Accommodation cost , you will be charged the remaining Balance
- If your credits amount to more than your full week's accommodation, credits roll over to the following week
- Rostering is based on availability, & performance.

Attività e turni

Morning Shift - 8:45am till 12 - 1pm depending on how many nguest arrive or depart that day .

this includes cleaning kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, changing dorm beds as guests check out, checking in new guests.

Afternoon shift 6pm - 7:30pm
this is a quick clean and check of the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, also catching up on any beds that need changing or extra cleaning tasks plus checking in new guests.

close down shift - Friday and Saturday 10:45 - 11:15PM

Regole

Our basic rule is be respectful and friendly.
We also have a list of hostel rules for our guests and staff. Again these are basics such as don't make lots of noise and mess.
