La mejor experiencia de voluntariado! Todo el equipo fue muy amable y divertido durante toda mi estancia. Desde que llegué me dieron mis horarios de todo el mes y el manual con toda la información necesaria para llevar a cabo el voluntariado. Pablo estuvo al pendiente de las necesidades de los voluntarios y cuando le mencioné que tenía alergia al gluten, integró productos aptos para celíacos en el desayuno. Esto fue algo que me ayudó muchísimo y demostró su interés en nuestro bienestar. Las instalaciones muy lindas y con áreas privadas. Me encantó!

Volunteering at New Samay was one of the best experiences in my life. I spoke Spanish for 3 months straight and it could not have been a better way for me to improve my confidence and language skills. The work itself is enjoyable and straight forward and you can always ask for help with no hesitation. The staff are the best, they really put in the effort to make you feel welcome and you end up having so much fun whilst working. I met friends for life during this experience so I would truly recommend this. Thank you to Fede, Marcos, Pablo and Stefano for making the experience enjoyable! :)

I had my first volunteering experience at New Samay Hostel in Seville and it was better than I had imagined! The manager and the team are super kind and always willing to help you. The tasks at the reception are quite easy, both during day and night shifts. After the night shifts you get some free days to rest and to travel all around Andalucía and more. And you can practice your Spanish and English a lot. I would definitely recommend volunteering at this hostel!

The second time around was just as good as the first one, if not better. Coming back to New Samay felt like coming home, Fede, Stefano, Marcos and Pablo are amazing and definitely make the experience unforgettable. Like I said in my last review, the work is still simple and the hours fair. So grateful for this experience!!

Mi experiencia en New Samay Hostel fue muy buena y cumplió con las expectativas , Sevilla es una ciudad preciosa . Desde el momento uno en el hostal me sentí muy cómoda y bien recibida, el departamento para el Staff es muy cómodo y las tareas son muy sencillas , tomar en cuenta lo de los turnos de noche. Muchas gracias al Staff por todo y por haberme permitido tener una experiencia increíble ♥️

The experience was great! The staff is amazing: Marcos, Fede, Pablo and Stefano are always at your side for helping you with reception and work tasks. You have the opportunity to challange your spanish with guests and living in a hostel makes you in contact with people from every part of the world. The room where you sleep is quite huge, comfy. If you make any mistake there is always someone in there that is ready to explain you things better. I loved Sevilla, it's an amazing city and if you good organize your days off you have the opportunity to travel and discover the beauty of Andalucía

Mi tiempo en Sevilla fue una experiencia maravillosa. El hostal es pequeño, cómodo, tranquilo y limpio. Y muy agradable! Estuve en el hostal en temporada baja, por lo que el trabajo en el hostal no fue para nada intenso, al contrario, tuve muchísimo tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad y sus alrededores. Lo más memorable de esta experiencia fue sin duda las personas con las que trabajé en el hostal! Gracias por todo Fede, Marcos, Estefano y Pablo!

I loved my time at New Samay! Pablo, Fede, Marcos, and Stefano were amazing and made working here seem like a breeze. The hostel itself doesn't have many activities going on, but it's so well located that it's almost impossible to be bored; there's always something to do around. The work itself is easy, and the hours are fair. Upon arrival, you're given your schedule, which is really helpful for planning day trips around the area. I'm so grateful to the team here at New Samay for making my stay so enjoyable and unforgettable!

Volunteering at New Samay has been the best experience of my life. All of the people I met have left a mark on me. The job is incredibly easy and allows you to explore the city, as well as take day trips out of Sevilla! Shout out to everyone I met at the hostel as they made me feel so welcomed. I loved volunteering at New Samay Hostel! The people who worked there were very nice and helpful. I worked mostly with Marcos and Fede, and time went by so fast because we were always laughing and had a good work dynamic. I enjoyed working at the reception and meeting new people while being there. As my first experience with World Packers, I can say that it was the best one! I highly recommend staying here. I also liked that if there was something we wanted to change, we could talk to the people in charge, and they were very flexible.
