An experience very intense and positive, the hostel is storic and very beautiful in center of the hostel. For me was more an hotel and an experience in the "hospitality" area, actually was perfect beacause it's what i looking for. My first experience in WP and i'm grateful for hosting and teaching a lot of things. Food, youngs locals workers, tours (with discounts) was part of this beautiful experience. It's more a working/structured experience, with managers and some structur "behind", but honestly there all very friendly with volunteers. Thank you very much and all best for you!

I had an amazing time here at the hostel! All the staff are so lovely and kind and fun and the hours and work was very easy and flexible. The location is great and the volunteer room is really nice!! I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking to volunteer here in the hostel!

It was an amazing and authentic experience. I had a great time at the hostel. The people there are real gems—they made my stay unforgettable. Many thanks, especially to Zinuab, Samouha, Yassmine, Hana, Simo, Mohamed, Joussef, Nadia, and the whole team for everything 😀. The place is also well located, the food was delicious, and the riad is very nice.

This was my first volunteering experience, and I'm grateful I took the risk. The hostel is energetic yet peaceful, and I met incredible people who changed my outlook. The staff were some of the kindest I've met. My only criticism was the constant feeling of surveillance from management, with strict control over staff behavior that created tension, as staff were not allowed to eat, dance, sing, or even cook for themselves. Leadership is important, but a more humane and respectful approach would greatly improve the experience. Regardless, I am immensely grateful for the experience.

Amazing experience, the locals, the city, the staff. They treat you like family since day one. Wonderful collegues. I can only speak good about this adventure. The only thing is good to know is that you have to pay a discounted price for the laundry, but washing by hands works as good as the machine ;) And the staff room maybe not be the best but for one month is ok.

Como comenzar a describir esta magnífica experiencia. el hostel más que un equipo fue una familia. Todo el tiempo me sentí integrado y respetado por todo, hice amigos que voy a llevar para siempre en mi corazón. La comunicación es completamente abierta, en todo momento hay alguien para apoyarte. Nadia es una gran manager que siempre está atenta de lo que necesitas y Xavi, ha sido un placer conocerte y aprender tanto de ti, me llevo tantas enseñanzas de vida. Espero de corazón volver algún día.

I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel, especially the opportunity to get to know the staff. They were incredibly kind, taught me lots of words and expressions in Darija, and in a city as touristy as the hostel, they were the ones who helped me truly understand the local culture. I'm really grateful for that <3. I would've loved to receive my schedules a bit more in advance to better organize my activities, but I understood the whole team worked that way. Still, if I needed a specific day off, I could always talk to the staff manager, who was lovely and supportive.

This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend everyone collaborating with this hostel! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful - some cooks don't speak English and in no way it created any sort of barrier. I felt extremely welcomed and taken care of. All the tasks were very easy to complete and most of the time in a very chill rhythm. I worked the amount of hours agreed and I even got to work a few extra hours some days in order to have 1 or 2 days off for little trips outside Marrakesh. I loved it so much it was hard to say goodbye 🧡

I really had a great experience at the hostel. All the staff members were very kind to me. I enjoy working at the reception with Ali, Youssef and Illyas. I did like to talk with international travelers. The local food was very good. I meet others volonteers and we became friends, they were such good people to get in touch. The hostel is very pretty and near the center. I went for 2 excursions on my days off to see the waterfalls and the desert(was really amazing) . I do recommand you to work at the hostel, if you want to discover the hostel and to get a great memory of it.

My experience at the hostel was truly wonderful.It was hard to say goodbye. The staff is amazing, always making you feel welcome and at home. I learned a lot about Moroccan culture, picked up some Arabic, and made great friends.The work is simple and changes daily, sometimes in the restaurant, other times at the reception with 5-hour shifts. The hostel also provides three meals a day, which is a nice bonus. I'm very grateful for all the people I met and the memories we shared. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. I hope to come back soon and see you again.
