Cristina me recibió como si fuera parte de la familia. Las tareas son simples y entiendo que a veces son varios voluntarios ayudando. El lugar es muy cómodo y cerca de la playa. Lo recomiendo!

A Guest House é impecável! Tudo em perfeita ordem e harmonia! A Cristina e uma anfitriã maravilhosa e que pensa muito no bem estar do voluntário! Quim ,Guga , Thereza e Fernanda. são ótimos e completam a ótima atmosfera do local! Recomento para quem quiser ter horas livres para passear pela região do Algarve! adorei! Beijos beijos Marina

The place is really cute. Everything is so clean and tidy. The staff room is great as well. Cristina is the most amazing host you can have, she's so nice and cheerful, and makes the best breakfast always with a smile on her face. The tasks are fair and they teach you how to do it everything and the best thing is that you're off to enjoy the beautiful beach by a 5min walk from the guest house.

Your home away from home. This was one of the first things Cristina said to me. Very clean and accommodating place. Quiet and respectful. Exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this guest house to all my friends. A Cristina é uma pessoa excelente. Super receptiva. Me fez sentir em casa desde o principio. A casa é grande e tranquila. Alvor é um lugar mais calmo, pra quem quer passar alguns dias tranquilos. Um bom livro junto com as praias daqui são a combinação perfeita.

Estuve en la casa una semana. Fue una muy linda experiencia sobre todo por los voluntarios que conocí, unas personas excelente. El staff permanente, Teresa y Fernanda son geniales!, están para lo que uno necesite. Cristina es una persona muy exigente y perfeccionista. Así como también es muy alegre y esta bien dispuesta para los huéspedes. Es mucho el trabajo a realizar y un poco duro. depende de lo que a uno le toque hacer, según el día. Mis horarios fueron respetados, salvo el primer día que trabajé una hora más. pero después en general terminaba entre las 13:00 hs o antes.

La anfitriona y el guest home excelentes, pero el trabajo a realizar muy largo, duro y con pocos beneficios. Lo dejamos por que no podiamos complementarlo con el ocio que esperabamos debido a que estabamos muy cansados.

Christina, her family and Teresa were really nice and friendly! The hours are fair, although I found the work quite intensive, as I was not used to clean. The breakfast was amazing as well as the guesthouse. If you want to relax this is a good place.

I had a good time at the guest house. Cristina and the team are very nice people. I just found the work hard and exhausting, although I was free at 1 pm sometimes I was so tired I just wanted to sleep because the work was very heavy. Besides that, the beach is great and prices in the city are good as well. Consider it a good option if you have no back problems and want to rest in a quiet place.

My experience in Alvor was wonderful beyond words. Cristina and Teresa were so nice, friendly and generous, and made me feel like in my own home. The work shift is fair and you are largely recompensated with good accommodation and generous breakfast, besides getting free for long hours to explore the splendid beaches and to appreciate nature in the surroundings. There are good restaurants and bars but they close by midnight (at least in October), so perhaps not ideal for those in search of lively nights. It's a lovely fishermen village perfect to relax and rest. Já estou com saudades!
