I stayed in the hostel for 2 weeks and immediately I felt welcomed by the host and other volunteers. The working hours were respected and the tasks were easy to do. We had a lot of freedom and it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life! I come home with many new friends and more confidence in myself. This place is absolutely recommended ☺️

I'm so happy that I decided to make this experience, it was a lot of fun, I got to meet many people from different countries and we all bonded very quickly! Everyone was very friendly since the very beginning and I felt very welcomed. 100% recommended :)

Well, this one is my thirs experience at the hostel and was incredible, as always I come! I spent some few days at this time. The hostel is very nice and well connected to the city centre by tram or by walk. The schedule are fair and always respected, the tasks are simple and well explained. I'll never forget every moments we shared, so I'm only can to say, that I really thankful to meet Mia and Anja again, for giving me this opportunity and for hosting me every time I need it! It was a great experience especially because of the family that was created among the volunteers. The work can be tiring, especially the shifts at the front desk, but having several days off a week allows you to travel a lot. It was my first experience as a volunteer and it was incredible.

I stayed at the hostel for 2 weeks, everyday we volunteers met at 11 am and the daily tasks were clearly explained to us, the work in general consist of cleaning rooms, bathrooms and common areas. The hostel is nice and full of travellers from all over the world, I really had a great time here. In your free time you will be able to go around the city (from the hostel you can easily reach the center by tram) and you will also have the possibility of organizing short trips on your free days, I recommend!

Everything here is straight forward. You'll need to do housekeeping job as described. You'll have free time to get to know the city and meet other travelers, you'll never feel alone. Overall all a very great experience 😊

My nearly 3 weeks at the hostel were some of the best of my life. the fellow volunteers i met were my family away from home and i will always treasure our community, what they taught me, and the memories made. the work itself can be hard at times, not the most glamorous- but when it's done you have freedom and a safe community to spend your days with. the work teaches you responsibility and good work ethic. i'm so grateful for my experience here (maybe not including the toilet cleaning ;) ). i would highly recommend this to solo travellers, love you the hostel team 🤍
