L'esperienza

We're a small retreat on a lake 40 min from Berlin, hosting team offsites and individual guests who come to work and recharge. We need friendly, hands-on people to help us take care of our guests – setting tables, serving meals, helping in the kitchen, and keeping things running smoothly. Mid-April onwards, 2-3 volunteers at a time. Shared meals, sauna by the lake, and a community of interesting people passing through.

Dettagli del programma

Neupitz is a retreat location directly on a lake in Brandenburg, about 40 minutes from Berlin. We host team retreats and offsites for companies, as well as individual guests who come to work remotely in a quiet, natural setting. The property includes a main house from the early 1900s and several GDR-era bungalows spread across the grounds.

During the season, we have a mix of guests coming through – mostly small companies from Berlin doing team offsites, but also yoga and meditation retreats, and individuals looking for a quiet place to focus. It's a calm, friendly atmosphere with interesting people passing through regularly.

As a hospitality volunteer, you'll help us take care of our guests and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll be one of 2-3 volunteers working alongside our small core team. The work is practical and varied – some days you're in the kitchen, other days you're setting up for a group arrival or making sure the common spaces are tidy.

You'll stay in one of our bungalows. Depending on how many volunteers are here, you may have a private room or share with one other person. We eat together as a team – vegetarian meals – and a few times a week, we fire up the sauna at the lake.
