El anfitrión fue estupendo, respeto nuestros horarios laborales y de igual manera se tomo el tiempo de conocer un poco mas y llevarnos a un tour, las instalaciones cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios y la ubicación esta excelente. Personalmente estuve en el area de recepción y aprendi a manejar un sistema nueva y nos dieron la oportunidad incluso de comisionar en la venta de tours, todo el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. definitivamente es un lugar que recomendaría si buscas conocer el hostel y sus alrededores, hay una buena organización definitivamente., sin duda regresaría.

Your schedule is clear from the beginning, but it is also flexible upon request. My Spanish is not great, but everyone was welcoming and some of the staff spoke english so I was able to understand what to do and how to do it well. The tasks at the reception are easy to learn and and they don't ask more of you than what you signed up for. The volunteers have a room together so it's easy to make friends with others. JD and Michelle, the couple that is responsible for the hostel also brought all of us to Chacaltaya on a little day trip and it was overall a great experience!

El hostel fue un buen lugar para voluntariar. La habitación de voluntarios es cómoda y las camas también. Aparte que tuve cómpañeros voluntarios geniales que hicieron disfrutar mí estadia. Rico desayuno. Las tareas de recepción se respetaron y en mí caso aprendí sobre ventas de tour y sistema de reservas, me gustó. el hostel es una ciudad con mucha naturaleza y trekking alrededor. Es una ciudad caótica, pero aún así tiene mucho por explorar con sus mercados y su gente maravillosa. Recomiendo saber al menos un nivel comunicacional de Español e Inglés, porque vienen muchos turistas. Me encantó.

El hostel es increíble! Super bien ubicado, la habitación de voluntarios es grande y confortable y el trabajo y todo staff es súper bueno. Trabajé en el desayuno con Lucho haciendo jugos y atendiendo los huéspedes y trabajamos muy bien juntos. Hice muchos amigos para la vida en este lugar, gracias gracias por la bella experiencia

For personal reasons, I arrived at the hostel a day early and they welcomed me without any problem. Great atmosphere, the rooftop was very nice and the staff was very friendly! I definitely recommend it!

Me encantó voluntariar en el hostel! Las personas que trabajan aquí son muy amables y me hicieron sentir parte de esta pequeña familia :). Al principio sentí un poco de ansiedad por estar en recepción, porque el hostal es bastante grande. Entonces hay muchas informaciones y responsabilidades. Pero rapido se me pasó, porque me acompañaron bien, explicándome todo y respondiéndome a todas mis preguntas. Gracias a esta hermosa y plena experiencia, superé ese miedo, y me dí cuenta de lo capaz que soy! Y también conecté con gente hermosa y muy amable (voluntarios y trabajadores). Gracias el hostel!

My volunteer experience at the hostel was great! Clara provided me with detailed training. I felt ready and comfortable to work at reception on my own for my next shift. Typically, I worked 5 hours per day for five days. Clara, Michelle, Roger, Mauricio & Moises, and the rest of the team were wonderful; they took me in like family and supported me when I needed it. Working at reception was a terrific way to meet travelers and improve my Spanish. The team dorm is spacious, and I enjoyed spending time with the other volunteers. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊

The staff at the hostel was really nice and welcoming and the tasks were easy. I could always talk to my coworkers and improve my spanish (most spoke english too). I had a great time at the hostel, but the online downside is that it is not really a social hostel, and it can be a bit difficult meeting people there. But if youre down for a quiet time in a very central hostel your can have an amazing time!!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy importante para mí desarollo personal. Ahí pude practicar mi inglés, español, conocer gente de todo el mundo, y me conectar con la rutina del hostal. Agradezco a Michelle por toda la receptividad, atención y paciencia. Infelizmente tuve que salir antes del planeado porque solo había el turno de la tarde, y a mí era importante tener las tardes libres para conocer el hostel y hacer mis tareas personales. Un saludo a todo el equipo del hostel ❤️
