Loved this experience! Klara is very welcoming, such as the whole family. We had a daily routine with the Spanish classes and the work, but she was also flexible. It's around 3hours/day and the work depends on what needs to be done. But you will get your hands dirty for sure! :) With the Spanish classes we could learn fast, she explained the grammar, then we practiced. You can also always ask about the farm process, as you might not see it. Also, don't worry about the food, it is 10/10! It honestly felt like home, I could stay more. Thank you Klara! ☀️

Hi, I had a wonderful two weeks at the farm. The food was delicious and the Spanish Lessons were a great help. It's a fantastic place to explore the farm region.

We had a lovely time on the finca along with the other volunteers. Klara was a great host and a fantastic Spanish tutor. We had Spanish lessons in Guatemala and these were as good/ better. The work itself is varied and between you and the other volunteers you can decide who does what on each day. The work can be quite hard at times. The farm is around a 15/20 minute taxi away from the town and around an hour walk (not that we walked it), so can feel a bit isolated but also nice disconnect

It was a very nice experience. Especially when you love nature. The farm is pretty far away from the city so be aware. The farm was beautiful and the family was lovely. I felt really welcome. The work you have to do is pretty hard but its nice to experience.

Klara and her family are welcoming and the finca is beautiful. The goats, dogs and rabbit are so cute! The Spanish lessons were amazing and Klara is an amazing teacher. The work can be quite hard and manual but Klara was good at giving me a different job if I wanted to do something else. The water kept going off so be warned that you might not be able to do your laundry. The town is over an hour walk away or a 20 minute taxi so with the work and the classes there isn't really much free time to travel during the day. Keep in mind you're completely immersed in nature and bring good bug spray!!

Klara and her family were incredibly welcoming and kind. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt like part of the family! Klara is very easy going and hospitable and treats everyone with respect and kindness, making the experience on the farm that much better. Additionally, Klara is a great Spanish teacher. This was definitely one of the highlights from my stay on the Finca. I was able to learn an incredible amount in my two weeks here. Couldn't be more happy with her and her family!

I went into the stay knowing a few words of Spanish and left being able to translate and speak whole sentences. (I've still got a lot to learn, but it was an awesome start). The lessons teach you the correct grammar, which wasn't what I expected but is the best way to start speaking correctly. Work is a couple of hours a day, and Klara is completely flexible on the days you work. Every meal was absolutely delicious and very filling, an unexpected bonus. We also had an additional music class learning about and how to play traditional Colombian music which was really fun!

Wow! What a wonderful experience. Klara and Augustine are extremely welcoming. It's a small local family farm, and a great way to learn about sustainability. The Spanish classes were the icing on the cake. I was a level 0 when starting, but Klara was extremely patient and helped me gain more confidence in the language. A fantastic way to get out in nature, while also being close to a VERY cute town with a lot of character.

I had an incredible experience at the farm with Klara and her family. Learning Spanish here was great. Klara offers engaging classes and challenges you to improve your knowledge and speaking ability. The work on the farm is rewarding and enjoyable. This family is very commited to maintain sustainable farming practices and restoring natural habitat. Couldn't recommend this experience highly enough!
