As our Activities Lead, you play an important role in bringing La Fortaleza Hostel heartbeat alive!

We believe travel is about connection and our weekly program is designed to bring guests together through fun cultural social experiences.

Your main responsibilities are:
Connect with guests, spark conversations, and bring people together

Your mission is simple but powerful:
keep everyone in the loop about what’s happening each night, so no one misses out on the fun and energy of the hostel.

You do this by:
Posting in our group chat, gathering guests together, and helping them feel welcome at each event

Help us keep a clean place where things don't get damaged
We need to respect our guests and ensure the hostel is quiet between 11pm- 7am. Please help us ensure everyone can sleep at night without disturbances.
