I loved my time here so much that I extended my stay to keep helping & learning. Lieberearth is located in a small, friendly town easily accessible by local train. In January, winter is over, so the weather in West Bengal is great. Sunny days, a little chilly at night. Prasenjit & his family welcomed me in warmly & I was given a very comfortable place to stay. Meals were homemade, local & healthy! Permaculture is very important & we discussed it in detail several times. I enjoyed weeding, harvesting & caring for the plants. I recommend this experience to everyone interested in plants & love!

I volunteered in Lieberearth, staying at the host's family home, which also works as this sustainability foundation. The place is calm, green, and perfect for a slower, more local experience. My main task was audiovisual content creation, with flexible hours, and it matched my interests well. The host and family were very welcoming. Communication can be challenging since the host works in the city during the week and his parents only speak Bengali, but this also creates a deep cultural immersion. A great fit for volunteers interested in sustainability and authentic local living.

An unforgettable experience! Prasenjit Paul and his family were so hospitable, and the Lieberearth project itself is fascinating. As volunteers, we felt truly heard and well taken care of. There are no words to describe the wonderful time we had connecting with nature—it was easily our best time in India. Thank you so much and best wishes!

Sure, here's a shorter version: ⸻ I had a great stay with Prasenjit in Kolkata. I learned a lot about local culture, sustainable architecture, and permaculture. Him and his family were very friendly and made me feel at home. It was an inspiring and memorable experience.

Lieberearth Foundation has been somewhat inspirational and life long friendships developed whilst cultervating positive harmonius working collaborations. Creating real sustainable change and impact too not only the Lieberearth Foundation but many other inspiring projects that will help so many and create a better future for the world and the next generations. The family are the most loving, kindnest and genuine people I've had the greatest blessing of meeting. They looked after all aspects from airport pick up to ensuring I have had the correct nutrition. The project overall plays a crucial role

Prasenjit was very kind to me. You have a very ambitious project in your hands that is sure to do well. He welcomed me into his home and let me be part of it the few days I was there. Sadly I had to leave early because I got sick, but he understood perfectly and was very concerned about my well-being. Thank you Prasenjit and family.

It was a lovely homestay, the host and host's mother went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable the moment I came there. So many home cooked Bengali meals. Some of the small tasks I did brought smiles that reminded me of helping my late grandma. Daily tasks were a little different then expected, but with a little communication we found a pattern that works. Prasenjit really has some cool projects going on that I told him I'd be happy to continue helping with after I leave.

Prasenjit and his brother Debajyoti welcomed me and made me feel comfortable from the moment I reached the homestay. He is considerate about the environment and very much passionate about permaculture. I got to learn about the history, culture of that place and also about living with minimum waste. During my stay, they were always there to guide me in everything. Even though, the work was different from what I expected I had a good time. When I had to change my plans suddenly, Prasenjit understood my situation and helped me with booking a cab. Thank you for everything.
