We need help arranging social evening activities like sunset walks, family dinners and gathering guests for parties. In exchange: free dorm bed, laundry access, kitchen use and 50% off at the bar. As a solo traveler and volunteer myself, I deeply understand how meaningful community and connection are on the road. That’s why we value our volunteers so much, you help shape the soul, energy, and safety of a hostel. We’re a small, new hostel (3 dorms + 3 privates) with a cozy rooftop bar, focused on real human moments and social atmosphere.

I’ll be involved in organizing with you, promoting activities, connecting you to guests, and making sure you feel heard, supported and part of our little hostel family, while still having full freedom to enjoy your journey.

Attività e turni

This role is all about creating connection and unforgettable moments for our guests. Your main focus will be planning and guiding evening social activities — things like sunset rooftop chill-outs, beach walks, family-style dinners, and gathering travelers to join local parties or events. Some nights you’ll also assist behind the bar, helping pour drinks, chat with guests, and keep the energy fun and smooth.

You’ll work with a lot of freedom and trust — no strict scripts, just bringing people together in a natural, comfortable and social way. We aim for activities to feel like shared moments rather than tasks. You’ll brainstorm ideas with us, set up events at reception or in the group chat, and help get guests excited to join.

Shifts are flexible and mostly in the evenings, giving you the rest of the day free to surf, work, explore the south coast, rest, or enjoy some solo time.
Average commitment is around 22 hours per week spread over 5-6 evening shifts.

We value clear communication, creativity, initiative, and your personal input. If something feels off, we talk, and if you have a cool idea, we build it together.
