Heyyyyaaa, I am Eduart! I’m someone with high energy, lots of patience, and a deep passion for cultural exchange. Having travelled to many countries, I truly value meaningful connections and the joy of sharing experiences. But above all, I have an immense love for Albania, its history, traditions, and, of course, its people. That’s why I’m always excited to introduce others to our beautiful culture. At the office, you’ll also meet Elkierd, my business partner, super kind and always attentive. And of course, Klaudia and Sibora! They’re super focused but really cool, you’ll love them. Now, let’s talk about where you’ll stay! 🏠 The apartment is cosy and welcoming, and sometimes we also host Couchsurfers, so you’ll be part of a lively and international little family! You’ll be sleeping in the living room, where there’s a comfy mattress and a sofa waiting for you. One important note: we’re a very busy team, managing many things at once. For this reason, it’s essential that volunteers are independent, proactive, and open-minded. If you can think for yourself, take initiative, ask when needed, and explore on your own, you’ll thrive here. But if you need constant guidance or prefer everything structured for you, this might not be the right fit. And just so you know, I’m kind, patient, and always happy to help, but that doesn’t mean I’m someone to be messed around with. Kindness should never be confused with silliness. I take what I do seriously, I value respect, honesty, and responsibility, and I expect the same from those who come here.
