Our newly built and recently opened Pod-Hotel is located in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico, 100 meters away from the beach of the Sea of Cortez which is known for its biodiversity. Whales, sea lions, turtles, dolphins among others call it their home. The little town is well known among wind sport enthusiasts. During the winter months people come to kitesurf, wing foil and windsurf. But there are many other things to do as well. It is a paradise for diving, SUP, snorkel, MTB, hiking and fishing. The core of our hotel is community. Our guests have their own private pods but there are several common areas to come together, like at the bar, around the fire pit, in the media room with a nice lounge area, at the pool etc. We have a restaurant and bar where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer barista coffee, smoothies, cocktails - everything you could wish for. Our team is a mix of local and international staff where everyone is happy to learn from each other and the other cultures.

Volunteers will be doing a little bit of everything, as needed. Working at the reception, helping the guests if needed, supporting the local staff, helping organizing events, contributing to social media, a little bit of maintenance. Proactivity, flexibility, willingness to learn are a must. If you don't have experience, no problem. We are here to teach you. It is all about practice, it does not take long until you know how everything works here. Speaking Spanish or English is a must. Speaking both is a plus. Good energy is essential, passion and drive! We prefer a commitment of a minimum of 1 month, but if that does not fit into your plans, don't worry about it. Contact us and we are sure that we will figure something out. We offer a very comfortable private hotel room with new, very modern shared bathrooms and provide 2 meals per day. Volunteers also have access to a washing machine/dryer on site.
