We have a big room for you to stay.
We are in a nice neighborhood full of local life. At the end of the street we have new and modern restaurants.
We have a bicycle you can use and two doggies to join you on walks.

If you also like nature, hiking and farming, we would be happy to share our favorite spots.


The volunteers are welcomed as part of our family. Our house has an old traditional style with a chilled out vibe. We are restoring it slowly slowly, it's a work in progress. A big patch of our land was previously a garden, and want to develop a eco friendly language center and lodging. We have friends at Cotopaxi and Quilotoa and we love hiking there anytime we get a chance.

Santiago es una persona increíble que nos apoyó y tuvo en cuenta todas nuestras necesidades, el Hostal Rosim es un gran lugar para estar en Latacunga y emprender tours a distintas partes de Ecuador, super recomendado

Las semanas que estuvimos en el hostel Rosim fueron bonitos. Santiago nos dio la oportunidad de recorrer y ver los paisajes hermosos de Latacunga en más de una oportunidad, además de probar la comida tradicional. Hemos preparado desayunos para los huéspedes, arreglamos y limpiamos los ambientes y cuidamos del lugar. Disfruté mucho mi tiempo ahí.

Nuestro tiempo con Santiago en Hostel Rosim fue muy amable. Nos gustó tener la oportunidad practicar nuestras habilidades de hospitalidad, servicio de comidas, y limpieza con el en ese lugar. Recomendemos esa experiencia para personas que quieren ir a Latacunga, especialmente si quieren visitar Cotopaxi y Quilotoa - los recorridos que ofrece el hostal son muy chèvre. This was my first time volunteering and it was amazing. I really love the tours, the city and the nature that I was exposed to. The tasks that you need to do are very simple and you have a good time for do your things.

Voluntarear en Sabia fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Los casi 150 perritos que hay en el albergue son un amoooor ♥️ y las tareas que se realizan para ayudar a estos seres son bastante sencillas.
Santiago y Fausto son excelentes anfitriones, el lugar es maravilloso con una vista impresionante al Cotopaxi.
