You can improve your Portuguese language skills, make your own projects, trips etc, you can see the Portuguese way of leaving. You will be invited to take part in dinners and events that we like to share with our guests, as well as plenty of time to enjoy the city, the beach and the amazing weather that the Algarve has to offer. There is an airport, train station and bus station in Faro, and a regular bus service to the beach.

Me and the staff are very friendly and easy going, you can expect to be integrated and be treated as family, we are normally every day in contact and we will help in any situation that is needed.

My time at the guest house was good :). But that was mainly because of the other volunteers and because I was there with a friend.

The work is easy, there are 5 houses in total and because it was off season it wasn‘t that much to do. But some houses had bed bugs which was a huge problem and we had to be careful not to bring them into our room.

Overall it was fine, but the people I was with made the experience great!

The overall experience was amazing! We met so many wonderful people, and the work was easy and finished quickly 😎! The only downside was the volunteer areas, there were a few insects in the kitchen, and the rooms weren’t perfect, but nothing terrible, just something to be aware of before going there😁. We’ll miss it a lot, because Faro and the volunteering experience were so much fun!

Foi uma experiência muito legal e valiosa pra mim. Tem dias que o trabalho é pesado em relação a sujeira que os hóspedes deixam, mas conseguimos finalizar tudo antes do tempo, e ainda conseguíamos aproveitar o dia, mas alerta 🚩a praia é longe e precisa pagar pelo ferry pra chegar lá🚩. Tiveram algumas situações complicadas como ter que discutir com hóspedes, mas no geral a experiência vai variar se você conseguir se dar bem com o trabalho e as pessoas. Estava viajando em casal e o host foi solicito em nos deixar em quarto privado e no msm horário de trabalho. A experiência valeu a pena.
