We are family. That´s the vibe we try to create with the guests and volunteers. We are always open to recieve advice in how improve. We offer a very nice room with other volunteers, a family from all over the wolrd.

We are a team. We are always trying to support each other and be helpfull. We are looking for volunteers to cover reception shifts, an outgoing and responsible person ready to enjoy Barcelona.

Experiencia magistral! Mis tareas fueron siempre en relación a la recepción del hostel. Lo cual me permitió desarrollar habilidades de front-desk, adaptarme a resolver situaciones en el momento, y mucho más. Hay buena comunicación con todo el staff, por lo que nunca estas sol@.
Las cenas gratuitas son abundantes y la ubicación del hostel es espectacular!
Siempre estaré agradecido con Juan, John, Guada, Felix, Nico, Ingrid, Dora, y voluntari@s. Por semejante oportunidad, la cálida integración al equipo y al país!
Si tenes actitud y eres agradecid@, recomiendo la experiencia profundamente!!

Very good experience. Where I learned a lot of the hospitality world, meet different cultures and people, totally recommend. The host are really nice, they teach you everything.

I had a wonderful experience at 360, I highly recommend! The tasks at reception were straightforward and I am so grateful to have met such wonderful colleagues who quickly turned into family! Gracias por todo❤️

The right way to live in Barcelona, the team is very big and it’s like a family for me, I love every moment and every day that I stayed there a long time, two months is the right time to stay. All the managers are very helpful in every situation that you could have, truly recommend !
