El curso es muy bueno, aprendes como interactuar de forma correcta con un huésped. Ella da los mejores conceptos sobre como atender , aún sin saber la respuesta de que nos realiza el huésped.

The course was amazing, i learn how to speak with a customer and help them with his/her own problems. Giving data about the shops around the hostel, wifi access, etc. I really like the way that megaen explain all the course. :)

Those examples helped a lot to understand and what the differences are between a bad service and a good service. Also thank you for highlight that fact that we should ask our host what’s his/her expectations from us, I think that would be a great question to ask when meeting them.
