This course is a must watch and all of the instructors are true experts. Due to the amount of tips and information shared in these videos, I feel like you'll need to watch them often until you've mastered them.
The tip I liked the most is that we need to establish a connection through communication before we get to the host, so that everything that comes after feels fluid. Heads up to Giulia for this!
