Nuestra experiencia fue bastante buena, tiene una cocina equipada, las camas fueron comodas, las horas de trabajo siempre se respetaron, por suerte nos toco un grupo de voluntarios fabuloso y nuestra estadia, la verdad fue corta, 12 dias en total, en esos dias todo fue excelente. Si tiene dudas antes de aplicar a este voluntariado, pueden hablarnos y preguntarnos sin problemas♥

Ceci e Igor son dos anfitriones increíble, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte con todo, sin flexibles a la hora de combinar los horarios, son muy acogedores tanto como una familia. Los llevo siempre en mi corazón. Este voluntariado es más que recomendable siempre que se respete de los dos lados. Excelente experiencia en la casa ❤️

Hi, I'm Sergio Báez Oliveira 🌎✈️ . Instagram: sergiobaez18 . I was born in Paraguay and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which allowed me to experience cultures, landscapes, and different foods from a young age. Since I was 21, I began exploring the world on my own, and discovered that traveling wasn't just a passion... it's my lifestyle. I love connecting with people from different places, learning new skills, and sharing experiences like talking at sunset, playing games, laughing, and exchanging information with other travelers. This year, I'm still looking for new adventures and hope to add unique moments to the Worldpackers community. Hello! I'm Sergio, a multifaceted traveler and worker.
Throughout my life, I've explored different jobs and cultures, always with responsibility, a desire to learn, and a desire to continue growing.
My experience is varied:
Advertising and web design (5 years) → creation of products, websites, and visual content.
Hostel management (Mendoza, Argentina, 2022-2023) → recruitment and training of volunteers, inventory control, reception, and tour sales.
While traveling in Brazil, I had to find a new career and became a waiter.
Hospitality and gastronomy → waiter in restaurants, hotels, and inns in Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay.
Marketing and communications → tour sales, menu creation in three languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish), advertising photography, and social media.
I love working in a team, adapting to new environments, and contributing my energy and creativity to each project. 🌍✨
My first solo trip was at 21, where I spent a month in Europe.
Until I was 25, I traveled on vacation. I was able to travel to Europe again, passing through Colombia, Paraguay, and some cities in Argentina.
At 25, I decided to leave my hometown, Buenos Aires, and spent a year and a half in Mendoza, a small capital in Argentina (home to South America's highest mountain, Mount Aconcagua).
I started as a volunteer and ended up managing a hostel.
Then, I traveled to Brazil for three years with my girlfriend, during which time we volunteered, rented houses, and worked during the winter and summer seasons, up until now.
Now we're looking forward to our next trip at the end of September, where we'll visit Madrid, Barcelona, London, Switzerland, and we're looking forward to visiting Egypt and Thailand. ♥
