In this video it is great learning that we have to exchange our feedback or suggestions in a positive attitude and all our points to be expressed in a very soft and positive attitude it should not be let down the the person who is talking to you and should not interrupt the the person talking to you in a positive attitude thank you it is great learning for me

A good method I've learned for giving feedback is the "Sandwich Structure" which is quite simple-
It suggests that you should form your feedback as 'Supportive->Constructive->Supportive'. Supportive points being things that you liked and think should be conserved; while constructive points are the ones that you think should be altered or strengthened.
The idea behind the Sandwich Structure is that when you start with the more positive point you help the recipient open up to your ideas. The constructive part in the middle is where you put your harsher truths which most of the time is the main points in your feedback, so you want to keep them precise and concise as possible and put them in the 'body' of your feedback. Ending with more supportive points helps both parties leave the conversation with a sweet after-taste and makes the long-lasting relationship be pleasant and kind.
