Hi Solomon, you would need to apply via a Government website however I am not 100% sure as I have not needed a visa yet.

Hi! I'd say to go somewhere not too far from where you live for your first solo trip if you're very anxious. Perhaps get a bus/train to a place a couple of hours away and stay a night or two then you can muster up the courage to go somewhere further. Best of luck :)

Hi I'm so sorry I missed this comment. I'm sorry to hear this, but know you're not alone. My advice would be to start out by taking small steps such as breathing techniques, perhaps walks/yoga and being open with people about how you feel. It's amazing the difference it makes just by telling someone, or writing your feelings and thoughts down. In terms of volunteering, something smaller and less busy would be good like farming.
