Détails du programme

Ojii-Hanshi is an elderly man who is blind, yet his life is far from still. Thanks to a unique lifestyle and diet, he looks and moves like someone in their mid-fifties, remaining strong, active, and fully engaged in meaningful work.

He leads a small, joyful community devoted to healthy living — no alcohol, no cigarettes, no drugs, no meat — surrounded by dogs, cats, and beautiful nature. The home includes a pool, jacuzzi, dojo, and a peaceful environment where people in their twenties and thirties live simply, happily, and with purpose.

We are seeking a long-term guide and companion — someone who can travel across Europe when needed, help with daily tasks, assist in research, and support writing projects and humanitarian work. This is not a personal or emotional relationship, but a close, cooperative partnership, living together in harmony and mutual respect.

You will have the opportunity to learn directly from Ojii-Hanshi in psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, Shaolin, martial arts, yoga, osteopathy, and natural medicine — a truly unique educational and life experience.

Activités et horaires

Activities and Program

As a guide and companion to Ojii-Hanshi, you will assist with daily tasks, research, and book-writing projects, providing essential support in his active, purpose-driven life. There will be opportunities to travel across Europe for meetings, research, and various projects, making this role both dynamic and engaging.

You will also participate in the rhythms of community life, joining in yoga, martial arts, meditation, gardening, cooking, and caring for the animals that are part of our home. You will have full access to community spaces, including the pool, jacuzzi, dojo, and meditation areas.

The workload is flexible: most weeks are lighter, around 20–30 hours, while occasional travel or project-intensive periods may reach 40–50 hours, though these are rare. Throughout your time here, you will be immersed in a rich learning environment, gaining knowledge and guidance directly from Ojii-Hanshi across disciplines such as psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, Shaolin, martial arts, yoga, osteopathy, and natural medicine.

What We Offer

You will have your own private room in our beautiful home, along with organic, high-quality food and full access to all community activities. All travel expenses are covered, and a guaranteed €100 pocket money per week is provided, with opportunities to earn more based on your involvement and skills. Beyond material support, you will experience a long-term, purposeful lifestyle in a serene, supportive community, with direct mentorship and guidance from Ojii-Hanshi in a wide range of disciplines.

Règles

Rules and Requirements

This position is a long-term commitment, potentially lasting years, and is not suitable for a short visit. Candidates must be proficient in English, with additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Esperanto, Japanese, or basic German considered a plus. An EU passport is required for visa and travel purposes.

We are seeking someone with a flexible, reliable, cooperative, and harmonious personality, who can maintain a positive and peaceful relationship with Ojii-Hanshi and the community. A driving license is appreciated but not mandatory.

It is essential to respect and participate in the community’s lifestyle, which is healthy, drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free, and vegetarian/vegan. All communication will be conducted via Telegram audio messages, as unknown phone calls cannot be answered.

Above all, the most important requirement is a natural harmony with Ojii-Hanshi — a positive, balanced connection that allows for a close, respectful partnership and a fulfilling, purpose-driven experience.
