Such an incredible experience I'll always remember! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious, and the kids were so adorable and full of energy. I loved biking around and exploring the small town. Although the town is small, there are quite a few things to do! There was never a dull day the kids truly loved learning English and made me smile every day. The teachers and host are amazing people and made this experience truly memorable for me.

Volunteering here was an incredible experience, it felt like being home again. I was able to find a routine, improve my English, and I was lucky enough to attend a Vietnamese wedding and birthday parties. Sean and Mie are kind, welcoming, and flexible. The house/school facilities are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is calm and friendly. Working with social media was a lot of fun, and I felt free to share my ideas. I met amazing people
I applied to stay for 4 weeks, ended up extending for two more, and left with a heavy heart.

I will never forget this experience at the school. From the very first days, I felt the dedication, kindness, and energy put into creating a healthy learning environment for the children. The center is comfortable and pleasant to live in. Working conditions are very good, and meals are prepared every morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening. Sean, Mié, and Quynh are passionate, professional people who are deeply committed to the project. I experienced many great moments, met wonderful people, and I sincerely hope I was able to contribute in the best possible way as a volunteer.

This experience is quite independent, so it suits volunteers who are comfortable working and spending time on their own. Communication was limited, and I often felt isolated during both work and meals, as I didn't feel very integrated into the daily routine. The dorm and common areas were clean, bicycles were available to use, and meals were provided on working days (except Sundays). Laundry was available for a small fee (10k). The local children were very friendly and often said hello with big smiles, which made the experience warmer and more enjoyable 😊

Thank you, Satora, for choosing us. While we respected your expectations, integration was difficult. Wearing headphones during shared meals limited communication. Food preferences and comments created awkward moments despite alternatives being provided. Meals are not offered on Sundays, and taking a large amount of shared food on Saturday caused discomfort. Singing alone late at night also made others uneasy. Unfortunately, this was not a good match. We wish you the best.

My experience at the school Bavi was fab. The small team make you feel extremely welcome. The accommodation is modern and extremely comfortable, with access to a gym and lots of storage in the dorm. A day at the school starts off with a team meeting, marking, editing, creating worksheets in the morning, and classes in the evening. The kids are wonderful and FULL of energy. Making the teaching experience lots of fun. Bavi is the country side, so it's an amazing way to see more of Vietnam. You can really disconnect from life here, but also catch on things. Thank you for everything !!!

My experience at the school was wonderful and let me discover a truly authentic Vietnam. It's a private school for local children, and volunteers help create educational materials and support classes. The best part was the kids and the friendship with Sean, Mie, and Quynh, who work really hard and create a warm, welcoming environment that quickly makes you feel at home. The facilities are modern and comfortable, giving you space to rest and reset during your travels. I highly recommend this volunteer program for anyone seeking a local, meaningful, non-touristy experience.

I had an incredible experience here the school Vì. The team was so welcoming, being here felt like home away from home. We had various tasks during the day and classes in the evenings are so fun! The kids are wonderful— so curious, energetic, and friendly! I extended my stay because I loved it here so much. The house was clean and spacious, and meals were delicious! It's fun to explore around the school Vì! Bikes provided! Had such an authentic experience thanks to Sean and Mei! Learned how to make tofu, explored the school Vì mountain and got to chop down a banana tree. Miss you all 💗

I had the most amazing experience at BaVi the school. Sean and Mie were incredible hosts. Super welcoming, supportive and very kind. The house is lovely, it's very clean and cosy, we had everything we needed. Day to day tasks were varied. I'd also always look forward to class in the evening . The kids are so smart and very adorable. Learning about the Vietnamese culture outside of main tourist places was also a great experience and helped me very much for further travel. I couldn't recommend this world packers enough. It's very fulfilling. Thank you guys for a lovely 3 weeks :)

I had such an amazing experience here! Sean and Mie were so welcoming right off the bat and made me feel at home. It was amazing being in a part of Vietnam where there are no other tourists so you really get to have an authentic experience. I loved taking the bikes out, exploring the area and meeting locals! Sean even took us to learn how to make tofu and to a family dinner. The work itself is very fun, the kids are very warm and friendly. The hours are very flexible during the day aside from the classes times at night so you can choose when you want to work and explore.
