Dreaming of island life? 🌞 Come join us on Koh Rong, a beautiful tropical island in Cambodia with white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a relaxed, social vibe.

We run a lively beachfront bar and are looking for social, outgoing, and friendly volunteers to help us promote the bar, welcome guests, and keep the party atmosphere fun and positive at night. 🍸🎶

Live the island dream with us on Koh Rong, Cambodia! 🌊
Our beach bar sits right on the sand, surrounded by ocean views and travelers from around the world.

We’re looking for volunteers who love meeting new people, socializing, and creating good vibes. Your role includes promoting the bar during the day, welcoming guests in the evening, and helping behind the bar at night.

✨ No experience needed — we’ll teach you basic bartending and nightlife hospitality!

You’ll receive free shared accommodation and a daily $15 bar tab to enjoy food and drinks however you like.

Activités et horaires

🕒 ~5 hours per day, 5 days a week

-Afternoon (around 2:00 PM):
Hand out flyers for about 1 hour to promote the bar and events

-Night Shift (around 11:00 PM):
Welcome guests and invite travelers to join the bar
Socialize, dance, and keep the energy fun and positive 💃🕺
Assist with simple bar tasks (we’ll show you how!)
Light clean-up if needed

Closing:
The bar usually closes around 3:00 AM, though sometimes we stay open later on busy nights. When things quiet down, you can wrap up and get some rest. 🌙
