The hotel staff were super friendly and flexible! The facilities were very good and comfortable, the breakfast was very complete, and for the winter season, the rooms and common areas were very well heated. THANK YOU RAQUEL!

Essa experiência foi incrível. As pessoas que trabalham no hostel foram (e ainda são!) essenciais para que tudo se tornasse mais divertido e, como consequência, leve e especial. A anfitriã sempre foi super aberta ao diálogo, o que ajudou muito na organização e na distribuição das tarefas, deixando tudo mais justo e tranquilo. Me senti muito acolhida e respeitada desde o início. Indico 100% essa experiência e com certeza muitos aprendizados.

Home away from home 🏡 I will miss this place for years to come! I cannot recommend this place enough, all the workers here are beautiful souls that have taught me many things. This hostel has warmly and inviting vibe. Can not wait to visit again!

I had an amazing time volunteering here and can absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about getting involved! The team is absolutely wonderful and I am really grateful for everything I experienced here and would definitely do it again :)
