Welcome to Maniero Montecassiano, our historic villa in the heart of Le Marche, Italy – a place where modern luxury meets authentic countryside charm. Every autumn, our olive groves come alive, and we invite volunteers from around the world to join us in the timeless tradition of olive harvesting and oil making.

As a volunteer, you’ll:

🍃 Help us hand-pick olives in our beautiful groves.

🫒 Learn the full process of turning olives into fresh, spicy extra virgin olive oil.

🫗 Take some of our artisanal oil home with you as a delicious memory.

But life at Maniero is more than work – it’s an experience. Between harvest sessions, you can enjoy everything our villa has to offer:

🧘‍♀️ Relax in our wellness area with spa and peaceful gardens.

🎾 Play a match on our private padel court.

🦙 Meet our resident alpaca and explore the grounds.

🍷 Share wine and food with new friends under the Italian sun.
