Working with the bees was a great unique experience. The work differs per day, if you stay a while (I stayed 18 days), you should get to see almost the complete process of beekeeping and collecting honey. Maria and Hugo welcomed me and treated me like family. They do not speak english, and I have been learning spanish, there was never any issues with communication. Maria is an amazing cook, Hugo is a great teacher and hard worker. Their son speaks some english which was nice to have at the dinner table. Great place to connect, recharge, and learn. I would love to return some day.

Desde el minuto uno Hugo estuvo pendiente de mi llegada.Amable y comprensivo a pesar de llegar con gripe y estar unos días en cama. En el trabajo es un compañero impecable, determina las tareas y acompaña en las labores con humor y simpatía. Muy noble y generoso.JUnto con su mujer,María Eugenia que siempre atenta al fuego,comidas y tetera caliente hacen un tándem estupendo .Es un hogar y acogen como uno más y se interesan por la cultura del otro.Grata experiencia sintiendo mucho que me fallase la salud unos días.Gracias
