Had a wonderful two weeks at Chirak Van. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about permaculture/small scale farming, immerse themselves in local culture, or slow down in a truly beautiful place. Sampada and Madhu are wonderful hosts, so accommodating, kind, hard working, and respectful. The food is nourishing and tasty, 70% from their own produce or sourced locally. Their property connects to a lovely creek that I went to almost everyday. Even if you aren't entirely interested in agriculture, I think there is something to be experienced here for everyone. Thank you!

It's one of the best farm to volunteer. Hosts are super supportive and friendly. Engagement on their farm will also lead to some basic knowledge about farming. They provide accommodation made out of wood and mud. Healthy food that too on time which is a good lifestyle sign. You will meet Chiku and other pets, and I must say, they'll be the best companions one will have there. The place is just between the complete nature, a river just in a close distance of 15-20 mins. Best part, you'll make friends from villagers and some might invite you to their home for food as well(just as a kind gesture)
