We’ve just opened our doors in beautiful Unawatuna and are looking for friendly, outgoing legends to join our hostel!
Who we’re looking for:
You’re social, easygoing, and love connecting with travelers from all walks of life. You're always up for a chat, a laugh, and maybe even leading a sunset hangout, beach walk, or hostel game night.
What you'll be doing: Helping with check-ins, Light cleaning of the common room and changing bed sheets!

Nettoyage: Aider à nettoyer la cuisine, les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs.

Administration: Aider avec les systèmes de réservation et les paiements.

Réception: Aider aux enregistrements, départs et assistance aux clients.

4 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir de l'équipe: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres personnes.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Cours de yoga: Suivez des cours de yoga gratuits chez nous.

Leçons de surf: Prenez des cours de surf gratuits sur les plages locales.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Accès Internet Rapide: Internet haut débit pour travailler à distance

Détails du programme

1. Social Media & Content Creation
- If you are great at Instagram, TikTok, or content creation, we would love your help growing our online presence!
- You will create fun posts, reels, and stories that focus on capturing the vibe of the hostel as well as the local culture and amazing surroundings.

2. Community Building & Guest Engaging
- You will help create a warm, social environment by hosting activities like volleyball, trivia nights, card games or what ever the crowed is feeling!

3. Check -in & House keeping
- Doing check ins and check outs via system. Not the best with a computer? no worries we and other volenteers will guide you along the way!
- We need someone who has an eye for detail, changing the bed sheets and keeping our common areas clean and tidy!
- Duties will include sweeping the floor, wiping down tables and countertops and esuring it stays looking beautiful!

Activités et horaires

We Require 3 shifts per week at 5 hours per shift. checking people in and help clean the common room area, with some changing beds sheets per shift aswell, if morning shift you'll take the check out sheets off and afternoon shift with put the new sheets on!
