I run a retreat center in the Swiss Alps and seek support with marketing, social media (esp. Instagram), video editing, and post scheduling. I have lots of footage but no time to edit. About 5hrs/day (flexible schedule). You need to have/ bring your own laptop. Looking for someone experienced, creative, and reliable. 1-month trial to start, with possibility of long-term collaboration, and even opportunities to return again, or stay longer.

. Since April 2024, I have been building up a retreat center, and now I am seeking help with marketing, social media (especially Instagram), and video editing.

I have lots of beautiful footage but not enough time to edit and post it. What I need is someone who can:
• Edit and prepare videos
• Plan and schedule posts in advance (to avoid chaos!)
• Manage Instagram with an eye on both creativity and the technical back-end
• Bring experience and new ideas to help grow our online presence

It’s important that you bring your own Laptop.

What I offer:
• A trial period of one month to start
• Flexible working hours: about 24 hours per week (e.g., 4.5 hours/day, 5 days a week). If you prefer working longer days with more free time in between, we can arrange that too.
• The chance to work in a beautiful part of Switzerland, surrounded by mountains and nature
• If things go well, the possibility of a longer-term collaboration — and even opportunities to return or stay longer

Activités et horaires

Daily Activities for the Content Creator / Marketing Support Role
• Video Editing: Edit and prepare video clips from our existing footage to create engaging content.
• Content Creation: Design posts (photos, reels, stories) for Instagram and possibly other platforms.
• Post Scheduling & Planning: Use tools to pre-plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent flow without chaos.
• Content Calendar: Create and manage a timetable for posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Engagement Support: Help monitor and respond to comments/messages when needed.
• Creative Input: Suggest ideas for improving content style, storytelling, and outreach.
• Organization: Keep footage, drafts, and published content well-organized for easy access.

Work Rhythm:
• 5 hours/day, 5 days a week
• Flexible schedule — can also work longer days for more off-days.
You need to bring your own Lap top. Please make sure you have enough space on it to edit Videos . If you need to make space, make sure to bring an external Hard Drive. that time will not be included in your working hours - please come prepared 🙏

Règles

I provide the food (I do the shopping), and you cook for yourself, and keep the kitchen clean. I ask you to keep your apartment and shared spaces tidy, clean your own bathroom, and maintain your kitchen (no oil down the drain, use compost for food waste, and recycle glass, aluminum, and cardboard). If you can cook for two, I would appreciate it a lot, but it’s optional. Household tasks related to your own space are not counted within working hours.
Before leaving, it is important to clean up all the areas you used, as you received them.


House Agreements
• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol in the house
• No Tinder dates or unapproved sleepovers (visitors must be discussed with me, and overnight stays require approval and contribution- TBD with Mahara.
• No shoes inside the house
• Respect the space and keep it tidy
