I had an amazing experience with the hostel 💕 At the hostel you always have something fun to do, that you don't even want to go out to other places so much (really). Parties, games, fun, free shots, party again hahah The work is easy and if you need to change your shift, they are flexible. The hostel is huge, you have space to be quiet if you want, to study/work, and also to meet new people. The volunteer room is big and comfortable. Thank you all for receiving me and I hope to be back someday! Thanks to all the permanent team and to the volunteers I met, you made my experience unforgettable!

A experiência foi muito bacana, no geral. A equipe era bem acolhedora, os horários de trabalho eram respeitados e havia muito espaço de lazer no hostel, onde pude aproveitar para interagir e socializar com os outros voluntários e hóspedes. O único ponto negativo é que o quarto compartilhado dos voluntários era do lado de uma casa noturna, então havia música alta durante a noite e era difícil de dormir. Mas tirando isso, Santiago é incrível e a oportunidade de voluntariar no hostel foi enorme, super recomendo.

Minha primeira experiência de voluntariado e foi incrível! Perfeito para quem gostar de festas, tem muitas baladas lá perto que temos entrada grátis e pub crawl que não pagamos. Me senti bem acolhida, uma casa longe de casa ❣️

The experience at the hostel was amazing! It's a perfect break from traveling, and everyone is so calm and chill. We worked 4 days a week around 7 hours a day, which gave us a lot of free time. We worked in the reception as a sidekick and helped with the cleaning from either 8-15 or 10-17. It's super easy to learn, and everyone helps you - even though we don't speak Spanish. There are lots of social things going on, and the hostel is absolutely huge, so you have the opportunity to socialize at all times but also chill on your own. Shoutout to Felipe❤️ If you want to be amazing, be amazing ;)

Extremamente receptivos, um ambiente muito divertido e diverso. Pessoas do mundo inteiro dispostas a comunicar e interagir. Tem atividades semanais que intensificam a socialização. Espero voltar novamente!

Realmente al comienzo de mi estadía ,estuve mal de salud y me tomó algunos días acoplarme ,más ,luego me sentí muy bien cooperando y ayudando en lo que se solicitaba , desde ahora , agradesco mucho a todo el equipo ,Edu ,Felipe y Paulina ,gente muy chévere y de cada uno de ellos me llevo algo para aprender ,gracias por su compresión en cada momento ,el trabajo es flexible ,por ende es necesario comunicar en todo momento , tambien como el trabajo en equipo es una enseñanza que me llevo al estar aquí , Agradesco a mis compañer@s del staff y no si más que decir ! Les deseo lo mejor del mundo 💪

Best volunteering opportunity! The staff and the other volunteers are all amazing people and the accommodation is so great, especially cause they offer separate rooms for men&women. I worked at the bar and for me the schedule(19 to 2) and the tasks were perfect. Thanks the hostel fam for making me feel at home and for making my experience in Chile unforgettable.

I loved my time at the hostel. The people I met, volunteers and guests alike, were super great. Most everyone starts out on housekeeping and then moves on to different roles, which was frustrating for some, so just a heads up. Overall it was great to practice spanish, learn about chilean culture, and a great first volunteer experience for me!
