I live in a small village in Combrailles region(Puy de dôme, Auvergne).
Looking to create the same atmosphere I experienced during my travels, an international spirit of sharing, joy, and good vibes. At the same time, I want to offer you the peace and disconnect of a rural village in the Auvergne region.
I would love to speak with you in English on a daily basis to improve my language skill

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

I’m looking to create with you a community life where everyone can have their independence but where we can also share moments together (dinners, games, discussions, etc.).
It is essential for me to create with you an atmosphere of joy and good spirits where you will feel comfortable.
I’m eager to speak with you in English, to learn more about your culture, your country, and your life experiences. And to share with you the experience of living in the French countryside.

You will have a shared room with other workayers separated by a curtain (same gender) with each person having a double bed (2 workawayers max). You can use the kitchen to prepare your breakfast and lunch (food provided), and I will cook dinner. The house has a large garden and a terrace. It is a charming, quite atypical stone and wood house (there’s a little trick to figure out with the hot water in the shower). But above all, it is a friendly house with history, where the spirit of hospitality is felt.

During your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy the surrounding nature to recharge, and a peaceful environment to return to the essentials—nature and human connection.

Activités et horaires

I'm looking for people I can speaking in English with. And who can give me a hand with simple tasks like gardening, house maintening, or small DIY projects.

The house is located in a rural area, surrounded by nature (the nearest shops are 8 km away, in the direction of Pionsat or Saint-Éloy-les-Mines). During your free time, you can enjoy the many walks around the house. There are lots of trails that will allow you to escape into the fields or deep into the forest. If you enjoy peace and being in nature, you’ll appreciate this place. I can lend you a bike to explore the surroundings.

On the weekends, I can take you to discover the Gorges de la Sioule and more broadly the Combrailles region. Located about 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 by car, the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a must-see in our beautiful region.
