We’re looking for a motivated and friendly volunteer to take care of our small café corner inside the hostel.From 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 6 days per week 💡 In exchange, you get:Free accommodation in our hostel. Your tasks will include:Preparing coffee, tea, and other basic drinks.Making simple breakfast( toast,eggs,yogurt)keeping clean the kitchen and coffee area .Inventory supplies .

Détails du programme

We’re looking for a motivated and friendly volunteer to run our small café corner inside the hostel.
💡 In exchange, you get:

Free accommodation in our hostel

A relaxed, multicultural atmosphere

Plenty of free time to explore, dive, or relax during the rest of the day

One full day off per week

🧾 Your tasks will include:

Preparing coffee, tea, and other basic drinks.

Making simple breakfasts (toast, eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc.)

Keeping the café and kitchen area clean and organized

Inventory of  supplies

Welcoming guests and creating a warm, positive vibe in the morning

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:

Is punctual, responsible and friendly

Has good communication skills and enjoys interacting with guests

Speaks intermediate English any knowledge of spanish is a plus 

No prior barista experience needed –but priority will be given to volunteers with knowledge of basic kitchen knowledge or a love for it!

Règles

✅ You must be punctual and reliable, as guests depend on morning service.

✅ Cleanliness is a priority: you are expected to keep the café and kitchen area clean and organized at all times.

✅ You are responsible for the inventory and condition of all kitchen tools and equipment.

✅ You are in charge of requesting supplies in advance, so we can keep everything running smoothly.

🚫 No cash payments should be received directly at the café — all transactions are handled by hostel reception.

🚭 No smoking or vaping in the kitchen or café area.

🔇 Please maintain a calm and friendly environment in the morning for guests just waking up.

📲 Please avoid using your phone during your shift, unless it's necessary for the task.

👕 Basic hygiene and appropriate clothing are expected during volunteer hours (we’ll provide an apron).
