Andre was an awesome host and has such a beautiful property! His dog is so sweet and very fun to play with. The tasks were easy to do and once you get them done, you have time to explore and hangout the rest of the day. It was cool to meet other volunteers and I enjoyed my time volunteering with Andre.

I loved my time there. Andre was a super Host, and especially hinata (the dog). It was a nice place to stay and the amount of work was perfect and pretty easy to learn. I did a little bit of gardening and housecleaning, and had a lot of freetime. There were other travellers so you got to meet other people and just have a good time. Would really recommend this place.

We had a very comfortabel place at Andres, we mainly did gardening and house cleaning tasks. The area itself was remote, so it was less convenient to do something in the area. But Andre was flexible to drop us off and pick us up somewhere during our days off. Andre was friendly and we had a lot of food to eat!

Andre and Hinata 🐕 were amazing hosts! They were welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The tasks were simple, and Andre was always helpful when I had questions. The workload was not heavy, leaving us with plenty of time and space to relax. The tasks were mainly cutting grass with the lawnmower or the weed whacker and cleaning up the house. This was a really fun experience. Wishing you the best Andre!

The property is lovely, with a nearby river that's great for swimming. It's remote, but Andre was very willing to give us a lift where we needed to go. He took us for a hike by Te Mata Peak, which I recommend. He's very flexible with the hours, and the work is pleasant. The dog is great too!

Andres place was great! Very welcoming and wants to make everyone comfortable. Hinata is the sweetest dog and welcomes all pets! The tasks were easy and Andre makes sure you're not overworked. I highly recommend!!

I had such a great time during my stay! The place was super cozy and spacious, with my own room and bathroom. The property was beautiful and peaceful, and the dog was just the sweetest! We cooked together, went on fun trips, and it quickly felt like home. The gravel road was an adventure on its own, but totally worth it! There was always enough free time for beach trips or just to relax. Overall, it was a lovely and meaningful experience — I'd definitely recommend it!

Andre was awesome. Hinata 🐕 was the cherry on top. We will miss that Place and the 10km gravel road that made every trip to the grocery store feel like an adventure. We helped around and inside the house. The tasks changed every day so it never got boring and we learned a lot. Cooking in the kitchen with the view on the property was every work days highlight. And on the days off we made little road trips to some fantastic places around the area like beaches, woods or lakes. made that house feel like home even if it was only for two weeks. Thank you Andre

What can I say about this beautiful experience? The first thing is that the owner of the house is an excellent host and his good vibes are contagious, he is a great person not only because of his good treatment but because I have seen him help other guests with things that transcended volunteering itself. I definitely miss this guy and his dog (Inata)who made me smile a lot and made me miss my dog even more I hope our paths cross again Andre and Inata I fully recommend this hostđŸ’ȘđŸ» PS: Could someone make him try some good cheese?

We had such a great time volunteering here!There was a huge variety of delicious food and lots of freedom to plan our days. The host was very kind and caring, always making sure we felt good and had plenty of opportunities to explore. We enjoyed nature, the fun activities and the relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!
