Our home is located in the beautiful and peaceful Bonogin area, surrounded by nature and fresh air. We’re looking for 4-7 volunteers to help with gardening, light cleaning, and general housekeeping.

You'll work around 20 hours per week, and in return, we offer a cozy place to stay, a relaxed environment, and the chance to enjoy the quiet beauty of the Gold Coast hinterland.

If you have handyman skills, that’s a big plus!

We’d love to host people who are motivated, respectful, and easygoing.

We’re looking for help starting ASAP, so if you’re available now, we’d love to hear from you!

Activités et horaires

Help is shared across the week and usually totals around 20 hours per week.

Some shifts are planned in advance and may be scheduled for specific days or times (for example, cleaning on certain days). Outside of these, there is flexibility in how hours are arranged, allowing volunteers to balance their time and enjoy the property and surrounding area.

Typical activities may include:

Light cleaning of shared and guest-ready spaces

Laundry support (washing, folding, organising)

Tidying outdoor areas and common spaces

Gardening help such as weeding, mulching, planting, and general upkeep

Occasional small maintenance or handyman-style tasks (optional and skill-dependent)

The routine is structured but relaxed, with clear expectations and flexibility where possible.
