Thank you Max and Collette; the whole trip felt like visiting distant relatives. All the farm work experiences were novel and enjoyable. Max and Collette were also very willing to communicate with me and gave me a lot of advice on life and work. I learned a lot, both about farm work and the local culture, which will be invaluable assets in my life. I thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the farm. If I have the time to come back to Australia, I will definitely return with gifts. In short, thank you for everything that happened during this time.

My experience in Maroota was wonderful. Collette and Max are amazing, value-driven people, who have built a beautiful and solid family. They treated me like a daughter and cared for my well-being all the time. Tasks are fun and varied; I loved feeding the cows and chickens. I also practiced driving, improved my English, and learned farm activities that support sustainability. The schedule is flexible, the farm is peaceful, and their dogs and cat are loving ♥️ I highly recommend this beautiful place and hope to return.
