Détails du programme

Welcome to our home in Tetebatu!
We are Ramli, my wife, and our three children. Together, we run a small homestay surrounded by rice fields, with an incredible view of Mount Rinjani.

Next to the homestay, we're starting a brand new project: building a sustainable farm from scratch! We are growing chili, onions, cabbage, vanilla, cacao, and coffee — all with love and hard work. We already had some amazing volunteers to help us in the early steps, and now we’re looking for more hands and hearts to move forward.

You’ll be helping with gardening, preparing the land, planting, and building small structures when needed. No experience is required — just motivation and good energy! If the weather conditions are not good, you can help us clean the rooms for the guests at the homestay.

When you're not helping out, there are many things to explore: rice field walks, monkey forest hikes, waterfalls, and cultural exchanges with the local Sasak community. You can also use our motorbike sometimes or we can help you rent one at a good price.

We ask for a contribution of 9 USD per day to help cover food and utilities.
In exchange, you’ll experience real Lombok life, stay with a warm-hearted family, and learn about farming and local culture.

NB: We are close to a mosque so you can hear the calling for prayer in the morning (it's not long :D).

Looking forward to welcoming you in Tetebatu 🌾🌿
