We’re looking for a passionate and creative video maker / content creator to join our team for daily island-hopping tours aboard our premium boats. You'll capture the beauty, energy, and emotions of guests exploring Croatia’s world-famous destinations like the Blue Cave, Hvar, Stiniva Bay, Pakleni Islands, Šolta.

Having your own gear (camera, GoPro, drone, stabilizers) is highly preferred.

Détails du programme

-Join us 4 days per week on our boat tours (half-day and full-day)
-Capture high-energy, fun, emotional video footage of guests on the boat, in the water, and during island stops
-Shoot both horizontal and vertical formats for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
-Edit short clips or raw footage for our social media and marketing team
-Help showcase the unique vibe of our tours — joy, adventure, relaxation, and the beauty of the Adriatic
-Work closely with the crew to understand daily tour highlights

You don’t need to be a professional videographer, but we are looking for someone with previous experience behind the camera who’s comfortable filming people, capturing authentic emotions, dynamic action, and the vibrant, sun-soaked atmosphere of life on the boat and the islands.

-Someone with a passion for videography and content creation
-Experience with shooting and basic video editing (Final Cut, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
-Your own video gear is highly preferred (camera, GoPro, drone, gimbal, etc.)
-Comfortable spending full days on a boat, in various weather conditions
-Creative mindset to capture emotional, natural, and fun moments
-Conversational English for basic communication with guests and crew
-Team player with a friendly, outgoing vibe
