L'expérience

We have worked on this very old farm for many years. Our aim is to keep the old style and techniques as much as possible using old and nature friendly colour's and techniques. I commission a local professional first, and then let him/her teach me/us the technique. Timbering, roof layering as well as handling of our garden. This would also be your tasks. This summer we will repaint one wall on the main building so scraping will be included.

Transfert: Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous emmènerons à notre propriété.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Détails du programme

We have had ”worldpackers” four times and it has been a very pleasant experience. One couple stayed with us for 4 months… :-)
The set up is that I use trello.com to list possible tasks. The worldpacker would then choose some tasks and I aid in explaining the task (and also help with it when needed/asked for). Usually I say choose one boring task, then one fun task and see to it that we all are OK with the set-up so that both parties feel that we are in fair balance.

Activités et horaires

The set up is 4-5 hours per day 5 days a week. This is flexible so if you want to work a full day and the take a free day to scout the area. That´s fine (as well as the two free days naturally)

Règles

Just be a normal and fair person. :-)
Skip drugs, smoking and be moderate with alcohol and we will have a good, fun, safe and functional team together.

IMPORTANT: We only accept couples. No singles. This is for security reasons since we are on a farm and I can not be everywhere.
