Tente: Vous dormirez dans une tente sur un site de camping.

✨ Help Run the Only Bar on a Remote Island – and Support Our Hotel Too! 🍹🏝️
Ready for a tropical adventure that’s full of variety, freedom, and unforgettable vibes? ☀️ Come join us on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua and help bring magic to both worlds: our charming hotel in Pearl Lagoon and the only bar on a tiny, remote island in the stunning Cays! 🌊🔥

Some days you’ll be on the island – working barefoot in paradise, setting up your own tent (which we provide), serving cold drinks, chatting with guests, organizing bonfires, snorkeling, and maybe even having the whole island to yourself with a small group. There’s no one else out there – just nature, ocean, and sunsets. 🌅🐠⛺

Other days, you’ll be back at our main property on the mainland – sleeping in a proper bed, enjoying delicious meals, and helping with simple tasks at the hotel like prepping food, keeping the vibes flowing, or assisting with tours.

✨ This is a flexible, all-rounder role:
🏝️ Bar work on the island: hosting guests, making drinks, setting up fun evenings
⛺ Sleeping in a tent sometimes (you'll set it up yourself!)
🏡 Sleeping in a normal room at the hotel other times
💪 Helping out where needed: hotel support, logistics, tour prep
🎶 Creating unforgettable memories & bringing positive energy!

We’re especially happy to host fun couples or friends who love nature, connection, and don’t mind switching it up between beach life and hotel life. 🌍💛
