Mi tiempo en este Hostel fue muy lindo, es un lugar de buenas vibras, el pueblo en sí es muy tranquilo, especial para conectar con la naturaleza del ambiente. Estuve en temporada baja, dicen que la alta hay mucho más movimiento. Las tareas son sencillas y los anfitriones muy amables. Franc siempre a disposición con lo que necesite. Lo recomiendo!

Had a great time at the hostel's Hostel in Santa Catalina, staff and other volunteers were all very friendly. Frank is great host and knows a lot of about the area. Highly recommend.

I had such a great time at the hostel's jungle hostel! I felt immediately welcomed by Pablo and the volunteers and overall it was a nice experience! The tasks were super fair and easy, doing reception and helping with the breakfast and laundry. It's 5 minutes walk to the town beach and approximately half an hour to playa Estero. Overall there is not too much going on, but you can perfectly enjoy the slow life and and be part of a hostel family :) I highly recommend it :)

I had a wonderful time at the hostel Jungle Hostel. It felt like home from the first second. The tasks were super fair and easy. In our free time, we went to the beach a lot to surf, snorkeling, etc. I met so many great people who made the time unforgettable. It was one of the best volunteer Jobs I've ever had, and I would definitely do it again! :)

Pablo (manager de hostel) m'a tout de suite intégré ! Ambiance très conviviale et décontracté. Les tâches sont très simples (principalement réception et aide pour le petit déjeuner) Je suis restée seulement 2 semaines car j'avais d'autres plans de prévu mais j'aurai aimé rester plus longtemps !

I had a good time at urbanos, nice and welcoming people. Very flexible with hours and very easy tasks. The people are super easy going, thanks for having me!

I felt very welcomed by Quinn and the rest of the locals who come and go in the hostel's! It felt like a big very chill family who just wants to have fun and spent a good time together! I would definitly come back again, I love it there!!

I left after in the middle of my stay unfortunately, the advertisement regarding free surfboards is wrong, and he is fully aware of this information. I also did not experience any free events under my stay, but we did get some free food nearly every day for lunch. The manager got fired som weeks before my arrival also and the new one is very hard too communicate effectively with as he dos not speak English and from my experience doesn't care too mutch about the volunteers. So in conclusion I did not have a great time here and would not recommend it as it did not feel like a home.

It was my first volunteer experience and it was very good! I felt welcomed from the first day, the work there was very simple and the hours are easy and flexible. I have made very beautiful encounters that I will never forget! I love Santa Catalina

I had a great time in Santa Catalina overall. My manager Pablo and the other volunteers were super nice and fun! That said, the organisation and management weren't great — no one knew I was coming, and at one point there were too many volunteers, so some had to sleep in a construction site. Others had their stays canceled last minute or cut short without prior notice, so reliability is definitely an issue. On the bright side the tasks were easy and enjoyable — mostly reception, breakfast, grocery shopping and helping around. The schedule was super flexible, and we could request days off.
