L'expérience

We are a small hostel with good vibes only, on a beautiful island, the hosts need help with the cleaning of the place. The hostel has 2 dorms and a private room, 5 bathrooms and a kitchen, plus the patio. The team is then made of 2 volunteers and the 2 hosts, the work schedule is either divided in 2x2h shifts, or 1x4h shift a day. We offer 20% discount on all diving, free snorkeling equipment and free bicycle

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Détails du programme

The job is mostly taking care of cleaning all the comun areas daily, all the dorms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room garden and patio, in 4h there is time to go everywhere as it is not a big hostel, changing bedings for when we have guests checking out etc. Very basic tasks that we ask be done as good as possible to keep this place as beautiful as it can be so we can all enjoy it together. There are 2 people in the volunteer team each can do a 4h shift a day, one in the morning and one in the evening alternating the days, or of course you would be welcome to agree together depending on what you had planned those days, as long as both shifts are covered and the work is done properly we all live happy together.

Activités et horaires

morning shift starts in between 6-8am (you decide how early you want to start but not earlier than 6am and no later than 8am) and lasts 4h
Afternoon shift earliest start 5pm and latest 7pm and lasts 4h, each volunteer does 1 shift a day, 6 days a week

Règles

The rules are simple in terms of respecting the hostel rules, we are petty laid back and chill but we like our team to comply with their end which is pretty straight forward, we like to create a family atmosphere in Casamaya Hostel & Diving, it is your home in the Caribbean so treat it as such
