The host was like a home for me almost for 3 months, i came for the first time with my girlfriend and was able to enjoy Ireland in the best way possible, its 30 km to a known town called westport everything can be done by bus, also going to galway, there's many things to do around!! also my experience with Janet was lovely, such a nice woman and boss, she's there working all time and taking care of you. enjoying stories and very happy most of the times, she has lots to do all days but still manage to come and help to do the work lovely area in here.

My stay at the host was wonderful. I went with my boyfriend, and we had every comfort we needed. Our work schedules were respected, and we could request days off if we wanted to go out. Janet is a very kind, attentive, and cheerful person. The only slight drawback, beyond the hotel's control, is its rather isolated location. A car is therefore ideal to fully enjoy the experience, or it's advisable to budget for bus travel. Furthermore, thanks to Janet's great kindness, she provided us with bicycles, which allowed us to explore Connemara National Park and admire its famous sheep !
